Jeanne Hourez

Coming from a musical background, Jeanne Hourez pursues a Master’s degree in French Literature & Language at University of Montreal, supervised by Catherine Mavrikakis. Passionate about the connections/relationships between music and literature, she undertakes research to study musical processes and forms in three Michel Butor’s works. Alongside her literary activities, she is involved in several projects as a pianist and writes cultural papers and concerts reviews for different media.
