Philosopher and publisher educated in Paris, founder and director of Sens Public which he has conceived as a network of resources centered on a journal, Gérard Wormser is a specialist of political and moral phenomenology, author of a thesis on Jean-Paul Sartre. After fifteen years at the ENS of Lyon, he teaches at the University of Rouen and he is fellow researcher at the University of Brasília. His european and international action is centered on the issue of cultural transformations and knowledge networks. Creator of the Editorialisation des Sciences humaines et sociales (MSH Paris-Nord, 2007) lab, organizer of Multilinguisme et travail en réseau (Eurozine 2008) and La gouvernance du numérique éditorial (Cnrs-INHA, 2010) congresses, creator of several seminars in France and abroad, his reflection on digital anthropology took place in several journals before the publication of the book Facebook, L’école des fans (2018). He presides the Bourse Max Lazard at Sciences Po, contributes on sartrean networks in Europe and Brazil, where he created the blog ColetivoBrasil.
