Christine Bernier is associated professor at the art history and cinema studies department at the University of Montreal. Specilized in contemporary art and museum studies, she is director, since 2016, of the museology program at the University of Montréal’s Faculté des Arts et des Sciences. She runs the “Art+” collection at the University of Montreal Press. Member of the CRIHN, she is also coordinator of the Axis 2 “Dissemination — Digital turn and recontextualization”. Her next work, “Muséologie numérique : Action participative en réseau et canonisation selon l’intelligence artificielle”, will be published in 2019 in a special issue of Digital Studies / Le champ numérique. In 2019 will be published as well, under her direction, the book Collection le numérique et acquérir l’art public. L’œuvre Bleu de bleu d’Alain Paiement, for the University of Montreal Press.
